Siamo alla ricerca di un Guest Service Agent con le seguenti caratteristiche: preferibile esperienza al Front Office e/o Guest relation, maturata in strutture di 4/5 stelle, preferibilmente presso brand internazionali con perfetta conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office. Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera. Rappresentano un plus la conoscenza del sistema operativo Micros.
Si richiedono ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative e un’ottima predisposizione al lavoro in squadra e problem solving.
Completano il profilo bella presenza e forte empatia verso l’ospite per fornire un servizio di eccellenza nella cura e nell’assistenza, gestendo le relazioni e rispondendo ad ogni necessità e richiesta.
Mansioni principali:
- Gestione del centralino
- Gestione Cassa ristorante
- Accogliere la clientela in modo professionale
- Collaborazione con gli altri reparti nella gestione del servizio agli ospiti
