**Execution & Innovation Manager**
In qualità di Execution & Innovation Manager, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di definire e attuare l’indirizzo tecnologico del Gruppo, garantendo e aggiornando gli standard ingegneristici e costruttivi, con particolare riferimento allo sviluppo di soluzioni innovative al fine di assicurare la leadership di settore.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Garantire la programmazione e la realizzazione deli investimenti nei tempi e nei costi previsti, coordinando le attività del team di Construction nell’interazione con tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei progetti;
- Valutare l’adeguatezza técnica ed economica delle opportunità di miglioramento del portafoglio impianti per tutte le Country del Gruppo, supportando la funzione di Supply Chain nella definizione delle best practice per la gestione delle componenti tecnologiche critiche:
- Monitorare le soluzioni innovative di mercato al fine di valutarne l’applicabilità técnica rispetto agli asset di proprietà;
- Assicurare la corretta esecuzione degli interventi di revamping/repowering e la realizzazione dei progetti greenfield;
- Supportare la funzione Supply Chain nel processo di acquisto attraverso la predisposizione delle specifiche e la valutazione técnica delle offerte;
- Garantire la corretta redazione e archiviazione della documentazione técnica/amministrativa;
- Assicurare la corretta gestione del ciclo passivo, garantendo l’approvazione degli avanzamenti e delle milestone;
- Assicurare il processo di quality assurance sulle forniture dei main equipments, gestendo le eventuali non conformità verso i fornitori;
- Monitorare tutte le fasi progettuali attraverso l’applicazione di metodologie di project Management;
- Definire e implementare la strategia di R&D, con particolare riferimento all’integrazione di nuove tecnologie in grado di determinare un vantaggio competitivo sul mercato di produzione dell’energia e dei servizi di bilanciamento.
