As Customer Solution Expert reporting to our Regional sales Manager South Italy, your key challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our Diagnostic product portfolio in Puglia, Campania, Molise e Basilicata. Targeting our Diagnostic product range particularly public and private clients, you’ll work closely with local leadership and the marketing team to identify new leads and opportunities to close.
Major responsibilities include:
- Ensure the training of hospital personnel through the coaching and organization of internal courses, in order to keep customers constantly updated on the correct use of the products in use and to present the new technologies.
- Contact with clinicians (Infectivologists,, hematologists, etc.), with the health departments, with the CIO to coordinate activities related to the control of antibiotic resistance and at the same time promote Good Practice in departments for example for the protocol Blood Culture
- Prepare the most effective commercial offer according to customer needs and in line with the commercial policy.
**About you**:
Preferably educated to Microbiology you must have a proven successful lab experience track record, underpinned by solid sales skills, a real grasp of buyer/decision-maker types and the clear ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
An excellent communicator and presenter with robust interpersonal and analytical skills, you’re a flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a matrix organisation.
Your ability to drive for results and meet targets complements your initiative and ability to work autonomously to generate leads, prioritise and complete. Additionally, you handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner. With intermediate level PC-literacy in MS Office, ideally you’ll also offer experience of one or more of:
- Appreciated expertise also in the molecular field.
- Fluent in English
**Residence in Puglia (Bari e provincia )**
