Mediobanca Innovation Services (MIS) è il centro di servizi ed innovazione tecnologica del Gruppo Mediobanca.Si occupa dei servizi informatici, amministrativi e di facility management delle società del Gruppo.È al fianco dei suoi clienti e partners per una gestione tecnologica e degli applicativi che possa cogliere le migliori opportunità del mercato ed essere sempre al passo coi tempi.È responsabile a livello di Gruppo dell’attività amministrativa contabile che va dalla pianificazione fino alla gestione del ciclo passivo e supporta le Società del Gruppo per garantire il mantenimento della sicurezza e salubrità degli ambienti di lavoro, nonché della sicurezza física a protezione del patrimonio aziendale.

**Posizione**:
Per il nostro team _Mediobanca Top Management & Events Support _siamo alla ricerca di un profilo, da inserire in stage, che supporti il gruppo di lavoro nelle seguenti mansioni:

- Allestimento delle sale e della strumentazioni per l'erogazione delle videoconferenze
- Presenza e assistenza on site durante gli eventi istituzionali
- Assistenza nell'uso dei tools aziendali per la collaboration
- Interventi di manutenzione programmata sugli impianti audiovisivi
- Preparazione e gestione della documentazione relativa agli impianti installati
- Scheduling degli eventi e gestione delle issue tecniche di regia

**Requisiti**:
Il profilo ricercato nel corso del percorso di studi o in passate esperienze ha maturato:

- Conoscenza dell'informatica di base: installazione, configurazione, aggiornamento e manutenzione delle apparecchiature (pc, stampanti, tablet e smartphone)
- Competenza nei principali sistemi operativi Windows e del pacchetto Office, in particolar modo Power Point
- Competenze in ambito Multimediale / Video / videoconferenza e principali applicazioni di Collaboration (Teams, WebEx, Zoom)
- Capacità di interfacciarsi con interlocutori di vario genere e di lavorare in situazioni di particolare rilievo
- Conoscenza lingua inglese
- Gestione fornitori e outsourcer
- Completano il profilo la passione per la tecnologia, doti di problem solving, attenzione al dettaglio, teamworking e flessibilità_

L'inquadramento contrattuale e il livello retributivo di inserimento saranno comunque commisurati all'effettiva esperienza maturata.
