**Job Title**:Retail Performance Assistant

We are looking for a **Retail Performance Assistant**to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Italy. Based in Milan within the Retail Performance team, you will participate in various retail projects to optimize store performance and customer experience by harmonizing and simplifying store procedures and modernizing digital tools, as well as supporting the Training and Operation teams.

Growing your career as a Retail Performance Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to develop critical skills. Reporting to the Retail Performance Director, you will support the team in the following activities:

- Participate in the preparation and execution of optimization plans
- Facilitate communication between Central and regional contacts
- Monitor projects, from operational implementation in the field to the collection and transmission of potential problems or suggestions for improvement to the project team
- KPI reporting
- Support with organizing the training classes
- Support with preparing project presentations for boutiques and Central

**Profile**:
WHAT YOU CAN BRING

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management or related field
- English (C1-C2), other languages are a plus
- Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software
- Must be able to have an **internship agreement**with the university
