**The HR Assistant**

The Role The HR Assistant supports the daily operations of the HR department, handling tasks such as job posting, resume screening, calls and interviews, data management, and report preparation.

**Key Performance Areas**

Support the HRBP for retail and commercial areas in:

- Drafting job postings and posting them on major recruiting platforms.
- Utilization of Sap Success Factors & Eightfold AI software.
- Translations English/Italian
- General support in daily HR management tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility, and a professional attitude in line with company standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent knowledge of key computer tools such as Outlook, Office.
- The profile is complemented by a good practical sense, strong initiative, flexibility, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a genuine interest and motivation in the field of Human Resource
