**About Aethos Milan**

Located in the popular Navigli district, Aethos Milan is part boutique hotel, part soulful culinary destination. Our 32 refreshingly hip rooms and suites invite guests to experience Italy’s most vibrant city in a space as warm as a second home.

ZAÏA is a new experience for Milan, a restaurant that draws its influences from diversified Mediterranean cuisines. An addition to the city's expansive restaurant landscape rather than a new competitor. We take our guests on a journey, always friendly and never distant in all our F&B outlets. The Aethos' chefs bring international inspiration to classic Italian cooking and our mixologists take your tastebuds for a spin.

Aethos Milan is also home to the world-renowned Doping Bar, the perfect place to try a new and interesting cocktail and a private members club with a state-of-the-art gym, exclusive members dining and special events. We are also in the process of launching a new all day healthy dining experience.

**Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Make our guests feel at ease and create a great experience.
- Coordinate and work together with the Community Manager on member's visits, special and private events.
- Support in the preparations for the service and making sure all areas are always looking their best.
- Support in the preparation of all necessary mise-en-place.
- Service where everything works: from welcome to goodbye.
- Flexibility in working Morning, Days and Evenings.

**Core Competencies**:

- Fluent in English & Italian is a must
- 2+ years of hospitality experience is a plus
- Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general
- Flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage can be necessary
- Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests
- Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilist remaining genuine
