As an international group the B&IRS team connects together different types of intelligence, such as market research and secondary data. Our client focus is on headquarter business and internally we also provide leadership for the multiple teams delivering local research to client affiliates in-country. We are looking for a **Junior** **Operation Specialist** who is willing to push the boundaries and join us in an innovative and unique environment. This is an exciting role for the postholder as they will have the scope to support the newly established Operation team on the approach IQVIA takes in terms of Internal processes, project management, compliance and quality management.

**Role Summary**

The **Junior Operation Specialist** role is a newly identified position, reporting to the Head of Operation, which has been designed to support the Operation team with implementation of processes and monitor consistency across our integrated solutions focused teams. It is expected that the postholder will work closely with several internal stakeholders and BIRS teams to support on the day-to-day team queries and to ensure solutions are embedded and adhered to. In addition, the post holder will support the Head of Operation with other general activities related to the delivery of market research and integrated solutions requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand market research requirements and support the Operation team to develop solutions to ensure teams are project compliant with internal SOPs, policies, and practices. This includes development of a library of flash cards and aide memoires for common tasks
- Support more senior members of the Operation team to design guidelines, implement processes and solutions
- Provide general support to daily queries from the B&IRS team of delivery of market research across EMEA, including internal training and build Q&A documents from these
- Support the Operation team with implementation of CAPA plans to correct potential arising unconformities
- Support with maintaining relationships and performance tracking of preferred vendors
- Work in collaboration with B&IRS Operation team on other general operation duties as per team’s objectives
- Networking across the organization, looking for opportunities for a consistent and harmonized approach

**Work location**:various location in Europe

**Requirements**:

- Life sciences degree, preferably with advanced degree
- Previous work experience of at least 1-3 years in a Healthcare Project Management and/or fieldwork role in market research and/or consultancy.
- Exceptional communication skills both at written and oral level
- Majority of experience to be in the pharmaceutical area
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of main Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Self-motivated, flexible, team player, creative, client/objective focused, with a strong ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, manage competing priorities and changing demands
