**Reservations Agent**

LA risorsa riporterà al Reservations Manager, e si occuperà nello specifico delle seguenti aree di attvità:

- Check delle prenotazioni da rete (GDS, BWS)
- Scarico prenotazioni da sistemi terzi
- Gestione corrispondenza
- Formulazione Offerte
- Inserimento Prenotazioni
- Archiviazione file e documenti
- Gestione Telefonate
- Gestione Elite Service
- Gestione eventi in town
- Controllo bookings
- Follow Up
- Gestione Programmi personalizzati del Gruppo.
- Gestione VIP e prenotazioni in SUITE
- Gestione Denials & Regrets

Requisiti Richiesti:
Ottima conoscenza dell'Inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera come il Tedesco che costituisce un plus.
esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno un paio d’ anni preferibilmente in ambito Hotel nel front office o ufficio prenotazioni; proattività, forte predisposizione al problem solving, orientamento al cliente e al teamwork.
