**Site Project Coordinator**

**The position**
As a Site Project Coordinator, you will contribute to day to day organizational and administrative tasks, supporting site projects and leading individuals in their role, by acting as a participant in projects, facilitating and contributing to meetings, activities, and planning workshops.
- Your responsibilities will include:

- Drive specific internal plans and manage projects with external vendors
- Facilitate planning workshops and project boards.
- Participate in management meetings and drive the agenda and oversee communication and coordination between projects.
- Support PC, PMO, and project teams with ad hoc tasks.
- Develop project boards and project follow-up models.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A technical or business Bachelor’s degree, or similar.
- Practical knowledge of English and Italian - both oral and in writing.
- Experience, preferably with project management.
- Extroverted, investigative, systematic, and analytical nature.
- Ability to thrive on a busy and changing workday.
- Good communication skills.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT. The Fill & Finish Expansions area is responsible for facilitating a global collaboration around designing, planning, and building major Fill & Finish Expansion projects across Product Supply to meet the needs of millions of patients. We are rethinking our facilities with modern technology and setting the standards for the future. With a global approach, you will work with multiple sites and cultures around the world.
