For our production site in Anagni, we are currently looking for an **IT Service Coordinator**. **The Coordinator oversees the IT Services and technologies that the organization will use for executing Catalent’ business.

**The role**:

- Coordinates the IT Service Management/Filed Service teams on the sustainability of implemented IT services and technologies.
- Sets measurable goals and deadlines for the team.
- Stays in contact with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure the support model aligns with our digital strategy, technology governance and delivers business outcomes on scope, schedule and cost.
- Keeps a continuous improvement mindset for developing new tools to be shared across departments and teams, contributing on continuing to improve technical solutions that help maintain and improve business processes.
