**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring infrastrutture di ricarica
- Diagnostica avanzata di anomalie e malfunzionamenti
- Gestione segnalazioni dei clienti
- Gestione contratti con le imprese di manutenzione
- Gestione della logística e dei magazzini
- Pianificazione e gestione dei controlli di qualità e sicurezza in campo
- Supporto al commissioning e take over impianti
- Gestione interventi in campo/imprese
- Gestione performance delle imprese
- Gestione documentale/Asset management
- Analisi di particolari tematiche di guasto
- Reporting performance tecniche, analisi e action plan
- Reporting guasti/anomalie, analisi ed action plan
- predisposizione specifiche tecniche gare
- Definizione processi e sistemi
- Supporto test e collaudi per nuove funzionalità o bug fixing
- Laurea in Ingegneria. Costituisce titolo preferenziale Ingegneria Elettrica o Elettronica, Informatica, Gestionale, Energetica.
- Diploma informatica
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenze base di impiantistica elettrica, di informatica
- Conoscenza in tema di Norme in tema sicurezza e ambiente e in materia di appalti
- Ottima conoscenza dei fondamentali del Project Management
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e software di gráfica
- Conoscenza dei sistemi sap e salesforce,
- Conoscenza di strumenti di BI e di presentazione dei dati
