**Job Summary**
Quickparts seeks a dynamic and highly motivated individual to serve as the Head of Account Sales for Europe. In this role, you will identify new accounts and expand existing customers into large accounts, focusing on securing multi-year production programs in CNC, injection molding, and additive manufacturing. The main countries to target include France, Italy, and the UK. **Key Responsibilities**

Identify and Develop New Account
- Proactively establish new Enterprise customer relationships across key European markets, focusing on France, Italy, and the UK.

Expand Existing Accounts
- Strategically grow current customer accounts by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for larger, multi-year production programs.

Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and market penetration.

Change Management
- Transform the team from a reactive, inbound approach to a proactive, business development-driven strategy. Set clear goals, foster a high-performance culture, and align the team with growth objectives.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent to strengthen capabilities and drive sustained organizational growth.

Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, project management, manufacturing, and customer service teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Market Analysis
- Conduct thorough analysis of European markets to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in CNC, injection molding, and additive manufacturing sectors.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of expanding Enterprise customers in CNC, injection molding, and additive manufacturing.
- Experience leading change initiatives to build a proactive, business development sales culture
- Success in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top sales talent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
