L'Area Manager, rispondendo al Responsabile commerciale, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Analizzare il territorio di riferimento rispetto a clienti prospect e alla concorrenza;
- Ricercherà nuovi clienti principalmente in ambito privato e industriale con l'obiettivo di primo contatto, visita e chiusura della trattativa;
- Si interfaccerà con i principali studi di progettazione e player del settore;
- Manterrà i rapporti con i clienti esistenti in riferimento ai contratti acquisiti monitorando la customer satisfaction;
- Di concerto con la direzione commerciale e l'ufficio preventivazione, seguirà le diverse fasi di preventivazione e offerta fino alla trattativa finale e chiusura del contratto;
- Sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obietti assegnati in termini di volumi di acquisizione e marginalità sull'area di competenza.
