The IT CRM Analyst will join the IT CRM team working mainly on Salesforce (Service and Sales cloud) platform to support business needs with a focus for B2B market.
- Manages business requirements;
- Designs the solution;
- Drives the implementation roadmap on Salesforce Core platform;
- Area of competence includes:

- Data flows;
- Real time API integration;
- Workflows;
- Sales and service UI configuration;
- Platform administration.
- Ensures quality of results and respects budget and projects timing.

**Profile**:

- 4-5 years of experience on similar role, international context;
- Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud (Workflows, Apex, API integrations); the knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge will be considered a plus;
- Fluent Italian and English (both spoken and written), the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus;
- Open Minded, research and analysis oriented, flexible and able to work on multiple projects at the same time and capability to efficiently manage deadlines;
- Ability to deal with different stakeholders and very good communication skills;
- Precision and attention to details, team-working attitude and flexibility.
