WHO YOU ARE

'- Passionate of People and Business together, you love analysis and data with the

strong expectation to create a positive impact on improving HR process and as a

consequence the employees’ experience;
- Degree in analytical disciplines (Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration),

or with a specific Master Degree on related matters;
- Experience and proficient knowledge of excel or other analytical tool;
- Good knowledge of English and Italian;
- Curious and flexible with the ability to connect data with a systemic approach;
- Experiences in Data Visualization & Data Analysis.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

You will be involved by your Tutor in the following activities:

- Preparation of reports and dashboard to provide insightful recommendations for

the whole organization: Performing people related business analysis and identify

trends, opportunities as well as potential risks;
- Collaboration across the Organisation to define and secure People data accuracy,

availability, and when needed confidentiality;
- Monitoring that People data processes and activities are in line with the

mandatory elements of People information & data, to ensure compliance and a

consistent execution of the People information & data framework and policies;
- Alignment with key stakeholders within People & Culture and other functions

securing a well-functioning People information & data management and support

establishing People analytics as an integrated part of business decisions

throughout the organization;
- Performing people related business analysis and identify trends, opportunities as

well as potential risks.

And you?
You will support our People Analytics Specialist creating and update availability, accuracy and quality of People information in the country or for specific Group Function. You will have the possibility to learn how interact with leaders and managers to make them aware on how interpret and analyse data to help them lead, work and organise in a way that brings out the best of people as well as delivers and develops business.
