**Il ruolo**
- Customer Service

**Principali responsabilità**
- Gestione della casella degli ordini sui nuovi portali aziendali
- Gestione degli ordini con proforma
- Gestione della casella dei resi;
- Gestione dello stato dell'ordine e della consegna
- Sollecito di pagamento ai clienti con supporto per il recupero crediti
- Preparazione e archiviazione della documentazione
- Gestione e controllo del portafoglio e degli anticipi
- Richiesta di offerte e il prezzo minimo da parte di fornitori italiani e relativi listini prezzi
- Inserimento degli sconti nel gestionale
- Invio e ricezione di note di credito e di debito
- Contabilità
- Dichiarazione di origine, conformità e duplice uso

**Cosa stiamo cercando**
- Diploma di scuola superiore o titolo equivalente.
- Conoscenza pratica dei pacchetti Microsoft Office, in particolare Outlook ed Excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Nice to have: conoscenza della lingua spagnola
