We are looking for you
As Marketing Manager you'll be in charge of the B2C Customer & Channel Marketing area implementing marketing strategies and supporting the business development of Canon consumer products, in close collaboration with sales and product marketing teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- create and deliver the local Customer and Channel Marketing Plan in co-ordination with the central strategy to drive improved conversion across channels;
- set the overall direction for the local marketing plan in line with sales goals and agree total investment plan and ROI in advance of the activity period;
- lead, motivate and develop Channel Marketing team and Customer Marketing Specialists;
- coordinate digital campaigns and events with Customers and Partners;
- promote Transformation Initiative to adopt innovative sales and Marketing tools and strategies;
- collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to develop the offering Portfolio and Value proposition.
- analyse competitor behaviour to optimize marketing strategies;
- mantain and develop relationship with key stakeholders at EMEA level.

**What we ask**:

- Experience in Customer and Channel Marketing and Product Management
- Experience of People Management even for small groups
- Degree in economics or marketing management
- Strong understanding of B2C market, dynamics and opportunities
- Good analytical capabilities
- Data Analysis
- Project management skills are appreciated
- Fluent in Italian & English
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude
- Fast learning
- Proactivity, collaboration approach and self-management
- Knowledge of Products and Services
- Knowledge of Customer & Marketing Channels
- Digital Campaign Management
- Customer Experience Management (CEM)
- Ability to use AI in Marketing is appreciated
