**Italian Speaking Customer Support Advisor - Lisbon, Portugal**

**Location**: Lisbon, Portugal
**Salary**: €1000 gross/month (paid 14x per year) + €100 monthly performance bonus + €7.23 net/day food voucher + €20 monthly transport allowance
**Hours**: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between Monday-Saturday (07:00-17:00)
**Contract Type**: Full-time

**Relocation Support**
- Flight reimbursement up to **€400** (after 6 months)
- Subsidised company apartment (room in a shared flat) for **€280/month**, deducted directly from salary

You’ll be part of an international team located in one of Europe’s most vibrant and affordable capital cities — **Lisbon**.

**The Role**

As an **Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisor**, you’ll represent a leading **home appliances brand** in the Italian market.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Providing product information, availability, and pricing
- Guiding customers through purchase decisions
- Handling order and delivery inquiries
- Assisting with product installation, troubleshooting, and warranty claims
- Managing returns and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your goal will be to deliver friendly, accurate, and professional service while ensuring every interaction ends with a satisfied customer.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Italian** (spoken and written)
- **Good command of English**:

- Customer support experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
