Purpose of the position:
As accountant you will be part of the International Accounts payable within the scope to support all the matters related to accounting activities (Supplier) in the new international hub structure.

How can you support us?

  • Managing all accounting activities related to passive contracts issued towards international third parties;
  • Handling passive invoices making sure they are in line with contractual provisions and internal procedures;
  • Taking care of relevant international tax compliance aspects (VAT, withholding tax, intrastat declarations etc)
  • Scheduling invoice payments in accordance with internal payments calendar and management of supplier ledger cards granting the correctness of company records;
  • Elaborating on-demand analysis and reports and performing 262 internal controls to assure the correctness of activities performed.

What are we looking for?
Education:
Accounting Diploma or Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economics

Background:
At least 2/3 year of experience

Languages:
Good knowledge of spoken and written English, at least B2 level. Knowledge of French will be a plus.

Technical Knowledge: :
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel), SAP is a plus

What else should you know?
Accuracy and analytical thinking, proactivity and willingness to grow in an international and diverse environment are appreciated.
