SUMMARY

The Marketing Education Coordinator is responsible for implementing all central marketing and education activities, ensuring functional strategies are aligned with and support overall Angel Aligner business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the local Education Event calendar and internal team events
  • Plan, prepare, and execute educational events, including speakers, venues, and topics
  • Lead and coordinate local congresses within the assigned region
  • Manage social media activities related to clinical and educational events
  • Implement centrally defined marketing initiatives and adapt them to local market needs
  • Review translations of all related documents and marketing collaterals
  • Develop and execute a local PR and advertising plan across relevant media channels
  • Support Practice Development initiatives
  • Coordinate customer communications
  • Monitor and report competitive intelligence within the region
  • Prepare weekly and monthly KPIs to support sales activities
  • Act as the main local point of contact for the central marketing team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental or healthcare field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Strong marketing knowledge with the ability to apply concepts practically and train customers and local Angel teams
  • Hands-on mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and execution
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with local in-country teams
  • High proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a positive and proactive attitude

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Travel required (approximately 30%)
