Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish–English) Sales Development Representative for a full-time, remote position based in Latin America. The primary focus of this role is high-volume cold calling and phone prospectingto identify potential clients, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments.
This role supports both B2C and B2B sales efforts and includes cold calling, working hot and inbound leads, and executing email outreach campaigns. You will work closely with our sales team to create new opportunities and drive consistent growth.
The ideal candidate is highly results-driven, comfortable handling objections, and demonstrates resilience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily
Follow up promptly with inbound and hot leads
Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns
Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
Handle objections and gatekeepers effectively
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate activity and notes in CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, SDR/BDR, telemarketing, or outbound sales
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Proven experience in lead generation and CRM usage
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or outbound sales preferred
Interest in renewable energy and sustainability

Benefits:
