Sales Development Representative (SDR) – 100% Remote (Contractor)

En Globental estamos buscando un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR), con alto nivel de autonomía, para sumarse a nuestro equipo de forma 100% remota bajo modalidad contractor.
Serás responsable de gestionar el pipeline comercial desde el primer contacto hasta el onboarding del cliente, trabajando de forma directa con los founders.

¿Qué harás con nosotros?
Gestionar respuestas positivas vía email y LinkedIn: responder con rapidez, cualificar leads y avanzar al siguiente paso.
Realizar llamadas en frío para generar conversaciones y agendar reuniones.
Agendar llamadas y asegurar la asistencia (programar, confirmar y reprogramar).
Conducir llamadas de cualificación (teléfono/vídeo) y traspasar oportunidades a los founders con notas claras y ordenadas.
Gestionar LinkedIn desde tu propio perfil: prospección, seguimiento, nutrición de contactos e interacción.
Realizar seguimientos hasta cierre, pérdida o "no es el momento".
Ser dueño/a del CRM: actualización del pipeline, notas y próximas acciones.
Onboarding de clientes: una vez cerrada la venta, dar de alta al cliente en Globental y coordinar el traspaso a operaciones/entrega.

¿Qué Buscamos?
Experiencia previa como SDR o en roles comerciales similares.
Experiencia realizando cold calling y gestión de CRM con autonomía.
Español e inglés fluidos (oral y escrito).
Perfil organizado, proactivo y orientado a resultados.
Comodidad trabajando en una empresa pequeña, con procesos simples y contacto directo con founders.
