About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, confident, and laid-back Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound and inbound sales efforts for a growing digital marketing agency. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, and light prospecting, with opportunities to engage inbound leads from paid ads and cold email responses.
This is a full-time, remote position working Eastern Time hours.
Schedule
Full-time
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern (flexibility between 9–5 or 10–6 is fine)
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads sourced from business directories
Follow up with prospects to qualify interest and book or close deals
Handle follow-up calls that may last up to 15–20 minutes
Respond to inbound leads from paid ads and website inquiries
Respond to replies from cold email campaigns
Assist with lead scraping and prospecting (training provided)
Update and manage leads inside the CRM
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects

KPIs / Performance Expectations
Approximately 100–120 outbound calls per day
Strong follow-up and response rates
Consistent activity and pipeline movement
Ideal Candidate Profile
Confident and comfortable on the phone
Relaxed, conversational communication style (not overly aggressive or "pushy")
Detail-oriented and reliable
Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment
Sales experience preferred, especially SDR or outbound calling roles
Experience with GoHighLevel is a strong plus
Compensation
$6–$10 USD per hour
Higher end of the range for candidates with strong SDR experience or GoHighLevel expertise
Opportunity for increased pay based on performance and responsibility
Location
Candidates based in South America or South Africa strongly preferred
