Our client is a growing facility maintenance company in the U.S., serving commercial clients such as property managers and general contractors. They are formalizing their sales efforts after a period of organic, word-of-mouth growth. The company is focused on building predictable, scalable systems and is now investing in a proper outbound sales engine to grow their commercial client base and revenue.

Overview
We're looking for a Senior Outbound SDR who combines strong prospecting execution with the ability to help shape structure and processes. You'll be the first dedicated sales development hire, owning outbound outreach to target commercial accounts and collaborating closely with company leadership to create a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and comfortable building from scratch, who brings ideas, tests approaches, and iterates quickly to find what works.

Responsibilities
Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting to commercial targets (especially property managers and general contractors) via email and LinkedIn.
Research and build targeted lead lists within the ideal customer profile and keep data organized in the tools/CRM you implement or recommend.
Run structured outbound campaigns, including initial outreach and follow-ups, to drive conversations and generate interest.
Book qualified meetings/appointments for company leadership and hand off opportunities clearly and professionally.
Track key metrics such as new connections, reply rates, conversations, meetings set, and new clients generated.
Experiment with messaging, cadences, and channels; perform basic A/B testing on outreach approaches and iterate based on results.
Propose and help implement sales tools/CRM and simple processes to track pipeline and activities (the company is currently only using QuickBooks, no sales systems).
Collaborate directly with the owner and senior team member to refine the outbound strategy and adjust focus as you learn what works.
Document learnings, simple playbooks, and processes to start laying the groundwork for a more formal sales function.

Skills & Qualifications
Solid experience in outbound sales development / SDR roles, ideally in B2B contexts targeting North American clients.
Proven track record running cold outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn and converting them into qualified meetings.
Prior involvement in helping set up or refine a sales department, outbound motion, or basic sales infrastructure.
Comfortable working without an existing sales tech stack or process and introducing tools and structure where none currently exist.
Experience tracking and working against KPIs such as number of new connections, response rates, meetings booked, and impact on new-client acquisition.
Tech Stack: Email, LinkedIn, CRM/sales tools of your choice (client is open to adopting what you know works)
Strong written and spoken English, able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based stakeholders and clients.

Nice to have
Experience working directly with founders/owners in small or growing companies.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm, full-time position under EST time zone.
