Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,400 USD/month + uncapped performance bonuses/commissions
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time
Job Overview:
Our client is a fast‐growing commercial solar installation company based in the United States, helping businesses reduce energy costs and carbon emissions through custom‐designed solar energy systems. To accelerate our growth, they're launching a remote outbound business development team and are hiring a Sales Development Rep to help expand their reach.
As SDR, your primary responsibility is to cold call prospects with the goal of setting qualified appointments for their U.S.‐based Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Execution
Make outbound calls and conduct prospecting to generate qualified appointments
Canvas and use resourcefulness to reach decision makers.
Be accountable for your own weekly call volume and appointment targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Call volume (100+/day)
Weekly qualified appointments set
Appointment show rate
Conversion rate to AE pipeline
AE feedback on appointment quality
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
1+ year of outbound SDR cold calling
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proficient with Pipedrive, RingCentral, and Google Workspace
Comfortable working partial or full U.S. business hours
Bonus: Experience in solar, energy, construction, or B2B lead generation
