Wir sind ein Team von über 1000 Mitarbeitern in 11 Ländern weltweit - eine Gruppe von Abenteurern und Träumern, Bergsteigern, die auf der Suche nach ihrem nächsten Gipfel sind. 

Wir suchen eine/n Praktikant/in, der/die unsere Executive Assistant des CEOs bei allen organisatorischen Aufgaben unterstützt. Er/sie unterstützt das Kalender- und Reisemanagement und hilft bei der Vorbereitung von Dokumenten und Meetings.
Mit diesem Praktikum erhälst du einen Überblick über die verschiedenen Bereiche und Abteilungen eines internationalen Unternehmens.
 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Kalendermanagement
  • Hilfe bei der Planung und Organisation von Geschäftsreisen
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von internen Veranstaltungen, Meetings und Präsentationen
  • Mithilfe beim Verfassen von Texten und Vorbereiten von Übersetzungen
  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Projekten

Profil

  • Abitur oder Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sprachen oder eines ähnlichen Bereichs
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Kenntnisse der italienischen und englischen Sprache
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Hohe Diskretion
