Per la nostra sede di Milano, cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nello staff del COO, all'interno della Segreteria Tecnica, con un ruolo chiave nella gestione delle commesse di lavori

Le vostre aree di attività in sintesi:

  • Seguirai la commessa dalla fase di acquisizione fino al collaudo finale, in collaborazione coi i Responsabili aziendali.
  • Avrai la possibilità di interagire con tutti i settori aziendali (tecnico, amministrativo, commerciale, operativo, QHSE), diventando il punto di raccordo tra le funzioni.
  • Ti occuperai di gestire gare d'appalto, contratti, certificazioni, documentazione amministrativa e monitoraggio dei flussi, garantendo che ogni fase sia completata con successo.
  • Sarai il riferimento per tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte sulla commessa e per il COO.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma di scuola tecnica/amministrativa con almeno cinque anni di esperienza professionale pertinente.
  • Ottima conoscenza della contrattualistica pubblica, in particolare per quanto riguarda le gare di appalto di lavori, ivi comprese le conoscenze in materia di subappalti e SOA.
  • Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme di e-procurement utilizzate per le gare d'appalto
  • Ottima conoscenza della suite Office
  • Lingua madre italiana o livello B2 o superiore
  • Proattiva/o, organizzata/o e pronta/o a gestire dalle attività semplici e quelle più complesse con la stessa determinazione e disciplina
  • Capacità di comunicazione e mediazione
  • Disponibilità a fare sporadiche trasferte su territorio nazionale

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale, preferibilmente in scienze giuridiche, economia o materie STEM
  • Esperienza in posizioni analoghe, sia lato cliente che lato operatore economico, almeno quinquennale
  • Conoscenza dei fondamenti della contabilità LLPP, tra cui l'analisi EPU, CM e contabilità aziendale, con particolare attenzione al controllo dei costi e al conto profitti e perdite.
  • Familiarità con il software CRM
  • Buone competenze linguistiche in inglese o tedesco
