Il Gruppo Gas Plus, fondato negli anni '60 e attivo nella distribuzione del gas, ha intrapreso a partire dai primi anni 2000 — in seguito alla liberalizzazione del mercato — un importante percorso di crescita, che gli ha consentito di affermarsi come l'unico operatore italiano indipendente e pienamente integrato lungo l'intera filiera del gas naturale, operando in particolare nei settori dell'esplorazione e produzione, della vendita al cliente finale, dello stoccaggio e del trasporto e distribuzione tramite reti locali.

La Business Unit Exploration & Production (E&P) è attiva nello sviluppo e nella produzione di
giacimenti di gas naturale
. In Italia detiene 40 concessioni minerarie, di cui 30 sono Operate, e continua a esplorare nuove opportunità sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.

Il Gruppo è inoltre impegnato, in qualità di Operatore, nello sviluppo di un importante giacimento di gas onshore in Italia e partecipa come partner non operatore a un progetto offshore in Romania.

Per loro stiamo cercando l':

HEAD OF EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLIC AFFAIRS

Rispondendo direttamente alla Direzione Generale, sarà responsabile della gestione dei
rapporti in ambito concessorio con la Pubblica Amministrazione centrale e con gli enti locali
di riferimento.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Analisi delle normative, fornitura di aggiornamenti ed analisi riguardo alle modifiche legislative e regolamentari;
  • Gestione della fase autorizzativa, istanze di proroga e programma lavori, e dei rapporti con gli enti interessati (Ministeri, Regioni, Province, Comuni, uffici UNMIG, enti tecnici, ecc.) nella richiesta di permessi e autorizzazioni per le diverse attività in ambito minerario. Predisposizione della relativa documentazione tecnica necessaria;
  • Gestione del patrimonio titoli;
  • Gestione Royalties e canoni concessori.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in discipline tecniche (preferibilmente Ingegneria o Geologia);
  • Comprovata esperienza in ambito industriale
    (competitor diretti, geotermia ed estrazione mineraria)
    , maturata in ambito concessorio nel settore energetico;
  • Gradite conoscenze regolatorie, normative minerarie e disciplina dei rapporti con la Pubblica Amministrazione;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in squadra, affidabilità e flessibilità;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Location:
Milano o Fornovo di Taro (PR), con possibili brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
