Communications & Multimedia Intern

Milan/Hybrid

We are seeking for someone with strong creative and design skills, capable of managing and developing graphic design and basic video editing in line with the company's new brand identity. You will be expected to act proactively and with curiosity, contributing to the company's digital presence, both internal and external.

Job Summary

, you will join our
Communications
team In this role, you will report to
Global Head of Internal and Change Communications
and will have the opportunity to
create content for both internal and external communications across various channels (Intranet, Social Media, Website, Events, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating in the implementation of the Internal and Change communications plan, which is aligned with ContourGlobal's mission, values, and strategic business principles, supporting the new brand identity implementation.
• Partnering with HR and other internal functions to lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and connection.
• Supporting in the creation and curation of content for internal platforms (e.g. newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, and video messages), as well as for external platforms (social media publications, website articles, etc).
• Collaborating with colleagues and senior leaders of other functions to craft impactful messages that inspire and inform employees at all levels.
• Collaborating in the planning and management of internal events, including town halls, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Working closely with the team to track KPIs and measure employee sentiment and engagement, using data to improve communication efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Your profile is a natural match if you have:

Education
: currently completing a Master's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field, or graduated within the last 12 months

Skills
:

• Languages: full English and Italian proficiency
• Content creation skills: ability to create engaging multimedia content aligned with brand identity.
• Storytelling attitude: Craft and refine content for multiple channels (website, intranet, social media, press materials).
• Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

What drives your application forward:

• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
