La risorsa ricercata è un* Customer Service Operations Specialist (L.68/99) che verrà inserit* in stage all'interno di Edenred UTA Mobility.
La risorsa sarà avviata ad un percorso iniziale di formazione, mirato alla gestione di tutti gli aspetti di supporto ed assistenza al cliente.
Principali attività:
- Aggiornamento dell'archivio contratti nel sistema CRM;
- Gestione richiesta carte e aggiornamento dati anagrafici dei clienti nel sistema;
- Supporto al cliente per dettagli relativi ai servizi erogati ed al loro stato di avanzamento.

- Gradita esperienza pregressa anche breve in ruolo analogo o affine;
- Diploma/Laurea Triennale, preferibilmente in ambito economico;
