Head of Strategic Costing

Principali responsabilità:

  • Guidare la definizione dei modelli di costing per prodotti, servizi e progetti.
  • Supervisionare l'analisi dei margini e la redditività per linea di business.
  • Presidiare la governance dei processi di pricing, assicurando coerenza tra obiettivi di budget, politiche commerciali, struttura dei costi e valore percepito dal mercato.
  • Supportare il budgeting e il forecasting con analisi di costi e scenari di prezzo.
  • Collaborare con il team commerciale per la valutazione economica delle offerte e delle promozioni.
  • Monitorare KPI economici e proporre azioni correttive.
  • Promuovere l'innovazione nei processi di controllo economico, anche attraverso l'adozione di strumenti avanzati di analytics e AI.
  • Coordinare un team di analisti e specialisti di costing e pricing.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria Gestionale
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di controllo di gestione, costing o pricing, maturata nel settore Fashion.
  • Visione strategica, capacità analitica e orientamento al cambiamento.
  • Leadership collaborativa, capacità di influenzare stakeholder interni ed esterni.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi ERP e degli strumenti di business intelligence.
  • Orientamento al risultato
