Cosa farai

  • Gestione e aggiornamento di liste di prospect e clienti, con tracciamento delle attività marketing e sales, segmentazioni e follow-up in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Preparazione di report e dashboard da HubSpot (pipeline, campagne, performance commerciali e marketing)
  • Supporto alle attività operative del team Sales, inclusa organizzazione meeting, follow-up e preparazione di materiali commerciali
  • Contributo alle attività marketing, in particolare:
  • supporto alla gestione di campagne DEM (liste, invii, monitoraggio risultati)
  • preparazione e aggiornamento di presentazioni, deck commerciali e materiali di supporto per sales e founders
  • Supporto logistico per eventi (organizzazione, coordinamento operativo, catering)
  • Collaborazione trasversale con team Sales, Marketing e Founders su progetti operativi e di crescita

Cosa cerchiamo in te

  • Laureando/a o neolaureato/a in Economia, Business, Marketing o discipline affini
  • Molto organizzato/a, preciso/a e proattivo/a
  • A tuo agio con strumenti digitali (Google Suite / Excel)
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese, parlato e scritto (contesto internazionale)
  • Interesse per il mondo SaaS, tech, marketing e sales operations

Nice to have

  • Esperienza base con CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o simili)
  • Interesse per dati, reportistica e ottimizzazione dei processi
  • Familiarità con strumenti di presentazione e design (es. Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint)
  • Interesse per attività di marketing operativo e comunicazione B2B

  • Compenso di 800€ al mese
  • Lavoro in presenza a Milano. Per 3 giorni a settimana è richiesta la presenza, gli altri 2 flessibili. Si lavora per obiettivi, non per orari.
