YOUR MISSION
Join us as a Partner Operations Intern and become a key member of Glovo's Italy operations team We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

THE JOURNEY

• Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
• Deep-dive on business metrics, in order to explore areas of opportunity and enable data-driven decision-making, based on applied statistics and probability techniques..
• Support recurrent processes within the team, enabling the adjustment of tools to business needs.
• Continuously explore and refine key operational metrics gaining a comprehensive understanding of Glovo's KPIs

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
• Expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau or Qlikview is a plus.
• Professional English
• Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact.
• Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs.
