To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Strategy & Operation Manager to join the Strategy Operations team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. AS A STRATEGY OPERATIONS MANAGER YOU WILL:

The Strategy & Operations Manager plays a pivotal role at the heart of Unobravo's Operations Department: driving alignment, execution, and impact across all operational teams.

This role has a dual focus:

As a functional leader within Operations, you will be part of the Strategy & Operations Team, a horizontal function supporting the Head of Operations and overseeing six operational teams.

As a strategic partner to the COO, you will act as the right hand within the Retention Tribe, ensuring that initiatives, OKRs, and business outcomes are clearly defined, tracked, and achieved.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution — combining analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to make things happen.

In particular, key responsibilities includes:

Departmental Operations & Governance

• Lead the Weekly Business Review (WBR) for the Operations Department, owning the definition, reporting, and tracking of key operational KPIs.
• Partner with Data and Analytics to design and evolve a strong performance measurement system - ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and actionability.
• Establish and continuously refine the ways of working across all Operations teams, streamlining rituals, reviews, and communications to eliminate silos and increase collaboration.
• Provide actionable insights to the Head of Operations and COO through rigorous data analysis and reporting, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.

Strategic Partnership with the COO

• Act as the right hand to the COO, supporting in steering the Retention Tribe: ensuring OKRs are aligned, cross-functional teams stay accountable, and impact is measurable.
• Provide strategic and analytical support, identifying blockers, opportunities, and dependencies across business initiatives.
• Act as a first point of coordination for leadership-level discussions related to business performance and impact.

Strategic Projects & Impact Delivery 

• Lead or co-own complex, high-impact cross-functional projects, ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Data and Product teams to define, measure, and communicate the business impact of key operational initiatives.
• Support process optimization, automation, and scalability initiatives to enhance operational performance across markets (Italy, Spain, and beyond).
  

YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE: 

• 6+ years of experience in strategic consulting (MBB preferred), high-growth startups, or scaleups - or experience as a founder (successful or failed) demonstrating strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
• Education background in business, economics, or management is a plus
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset and skills - comfortable using data to define strategy, measure performance and drive decisions
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks, operational governance and strategic execution processes
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal
