The Intern will be part of the Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Headquarter in Milan.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Support during the organization of events in the operative and logistics activities
  • Managing the reports and tracking about all events
  • Analysis and reports development
  • Budget analysis
  • Partner with Finance team to report and complete internal processes
  • Support the organization of activations in store, events in store, and international events
  • Work proactively on specific projects during the events
  • Presentation preparation for strategic meetings

Requirements:

  • Degree/Master in Marketing/Events/Communications or related field
  • Previous experiences in Retail, Hospitality or Event areas is a valuable plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong analytical skills and passions for elaborating reports
  • Problem solving and proactive attitude
  • Fluent in Italian and English, a third language is a plus

Internship details:

  • 6 months internship → starting date January 2026
  • Full-time internship (40h per week)
  • Monthly remuneration, ticket restaurants and personal devices 
  • Smart working: 1 day per week
