Per la Business Unit Bid Management, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Bid Manager che avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione e nel coordinamento dei processi di gara complessi, con l'obiettivo di massimizzare il tasso di successo e garantire proposte di alta qualità, in linea con il posizionamento strategico di Cerved.

La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con i team Sales, Legal, Finance e tecnici, agendo come punto di riferimento centrale lungo l'intero ciclo di vita della gara.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestire l'intero processo di gara, dalla qualificazione dell'opportunità fino alla sottomissione finale dell'offerta.

  • Coordinare team interfunzionali (Sales, Pre-sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery) per garantire la consegna puntuale e conforme delle proposte.

  • Analizzare la documentazione di gara, definire la strategia di offerta e strutturare proposte vincenti in linea con i requisiti del cliente e gli standard aziendali.

  • Redigere e revisionare la documentazione tecnica ed economica, assicurando chiarezza, coerenza e competitività.

  • Monitorare tempi, rischi e deliverable su più gare in parallelo.

  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi, degli strumenti e dei template di bid management.

  • Supportare lo sviluppo di best practice per aumentare efficienza e tasso di successo delle offerte.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini.

  • Esperienza consolidata (3–6 anni) in ruoli di bid management, tender management o in contesti di vendita complessa B2B.

  • Solida conoscenza dei processi di gara pubblici e privati.

  • Ottime capacità di project management e coordinamento.

  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire più scadenze contemporaneamente.

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale in italiano e inglese.

  • Forte attenzione al dettaglio e approccio analitico.

Costituiscono un plus

  • Esperienza in ambito servizi finanziari, credit information, data o consulenza.

  • Conoscenza di strumenti CRM e di bid management.

  • Esperienza in gare internazionali o multi-country.
