As
Country Manager Italy,

you will be the key driver of VOYAGEXPERT's development in Italy.

This is a strategic, high-impact role, designed for a local business travel professional with the ambition to build, develop and promote a new entity within a fast-growing international group.

Key responsibilities

Launch and structure the new business travel agency

Deploy the commercial development strategy on the Italian market

Build a B2B client portfolio and develop local partnerships

Recruit, manage and unite teams

Drive overall performance: business activity, service quality and profitability

Contribute to VOYAGEXPERT's international visibility and growth

Profile required

Experienced business travel professional (minimum 8 years' experience) with excellent knowledge of the Italian market

Proven experience in business development, management and/or business leadership

Strong business mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and taste for challenge

Autonomous, responsible and able to build and grow an activity in a start-up context

Bilingual Italian/French or Italian/English required – professional level of English essential
