What You'll Be Doing
As a
CRM Automation Specialist
, you'll play a key role in
driving business growth and efficiency across sales functions through advanced automation and AI solutions.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Administrate & Maintain CRM Platform – Act as the key technical resource for ongoing administration of the CRM platform (HubSpot), including troubleshooting integration issues, maintaining data cleanliness and supporting core platform functionality.
• Develop AI Solutions – Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable prototypes using Python for data enrichment, predictive scoring, streamlined pipeline management, and automated recommendations.
• Lead Technical Projects – Take ownership of AI initiatives from ideation and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) through to production deployment, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and clear communication.
• Drive Business Impact – Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI and automation can deliver the highest ROI, focusing on enhancing sales efficiency, lead conversion rates, and data quality.
• Innovate & Explore – Continuously research and test new AI/ML technologies and concepts to find creative ways to solve complex business challenges and advance our capabilities.

Who We're Looking For
We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in Does this sound like you?

• Expertise in Python – Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy complex applications using Python and relevant data science libraries.
• Passion for AI/ML – A genuine enthusiasm for AI, ML, and automation, coupled with a deep desire to translate those concepts into tangible business solutions.
• Impact-Driven Mindset – A strong, proven curiosity and an intrinsic motivation to drive projects that deliver significant and measurable impact on business metrics.
• Excellent Problem-Solving – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and technical hurdles.
• CRM Knowledge – Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), including understanding of data models, APIs, and workflows is a plus.
