Customer Service Advocate | Milan, Lombardy, Italy

We're working with Leica Microsystems on this exciting opportunity. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service execution and efficient management of field resources within the vibrant life sciences and biotechnology sector.

The Role


• Be the primary contact for all customer requests related to aftermarket service activities for Spain and Portugal.


• Order and monitor the delivery of spare parts as needed.


• Optimize Field Service Engineer planning for quick response and efficient travel.


• Create customer quotes and secure purchase orders for non-contract/warranty interventions.


• Coordinate timely closure of Work Orders in SFDC and SAP, ensuring complete returns and invoicing.

What You'll Need


• Proven experience working with customers in a similar role.


• Fluency in Italian, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.


• Education: Diploma di Maturità Tecnica/Professionale, Diploma di Qualifica Professionale, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
