Chi siamo

Fondato nel 1879 a Genova, lo Yacht Club Italiano è il più antico club velico d'Italia. Organizza alcune

delle più importanti regate del Mediterraneo e promuove attività sportive e formative tutto l'anno, con la Scuola di Mare dedicata a bambini, ragazzi e adulti.

Posizione aperta: Race Office - Segreteria di Regata

La funzione del Race Office è organizzare le regate di Yacht Club Italiano.

L'ufficio di regata coordina tutti gli aspetti amministrativi e comunicativi dell'evento, assicurandosi che i concorrenti abbiano tutte le informazioni necessarie e che la gara si svolga in modo ordinato e regolamentare.

Compiti e responsabilità del candidato

Collaborazione con il team dell'ufficio per la preparazione delle regate.

Attività richieste:

  • back office: gestione delle iscrizioni, corrispondenza, compilazione file, redazione brevi testi, supporto all'attività di segreteria;
  • front office: accoglienza partecipanti alla regata, verifica dei requisiti per la partecipazione alla gara.

Requisiti richiesti

Età: massimo 29 anni

Laurea (anche laureando) triennale in Scienze Politiche, Economia, Giurisprudenza, Comunicazione, e altre lauree umanistiche.

Competenze richieste

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e francese (quest'ultima non vincolante)

Buona capacità di usare il pacchetto office

Conoscenza dei programmi per l'utilizzo della IA applicata al pacchetto office

Creazione di contenuti digitali (video, foto, testi brevi) e loro pubblicazione sui social media

Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, disponibilità a lavorare nei week end (con recupero nella settimana successiva)
