Il Quality & Communications Specialist supporterà QVC e garantirà supporto operativo ai membri del gruppo affianco il Supervisor nelle attività operative quotidiane e nella reportistica.

Dove lavorerai

  • Questo ruolo è in sostituzione maternità.

  • Questo ruolo è in sede presso i nostri uffici di Brugherio (MB) e richiede presenza settimanale presso i nostri uffici.

  • Disponibilità a lavorare full time e su turni anche serali.

Cosa farai

  • Fornirai agli operatori del team il supporto necessario per le attività quotidiane, organizzando briefing operativi e di aggiornamento in base alle diverse mansioni assegnate ai membri del gruppo.

  • Supporterai il tuo responsabile nella creazione e condivisione di contenuti e reportistiche specifiche del team.

  • Gestirai tutte le attività connesse alle campagne marketing: relazione con team MKT e team IT per eventuali requisiti tecnici, verifica e controllo campagne e target, caricamenti liste clienti nelle app in uso, condivisione informazioni e materiali con il team CC e BO.

  • Organizzerai calendari per attività massive/admin all'interno del team BO con aggiornamento costante dell'intranet dedicata per la condivisione di informazioni con il gruppo di lavoro.

Requisiti

  • Ottima conoscenza delle procedure Order Entry e Customer service

  • Gradita la conoscenza delle procedure back-office.

  • Preferibile una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel).
