Per il brand A-Waay (www.a-), la risorsa è responsabile dello sviluppo del fatturato attraverso canali diretti e partnership, con l'obiettivo di: - aumentare in modo significativo le prenotazioni dirette, - fidelizzare i clienti acquisiti, - ridurre l'incidenza delle commissioni OTA, - contribuire al raddoppio del fatturato entro il 2026.
Il ruolo è commerciale, non promozionale: la performance è valutata sui risultati, non sulle attività.
- Responsabilità principali
4.1 Vendita diretta
· Gestione e ottimizzazione del funnel diretto (sito → richiesta → prenotazione)
· Implementazione e gestione CRM clienti
· Sviluppo offerte e benefit esclusivi per il booking diretto
· Conversione clienti OTA in clienti diretti dal secondo soggiorno
4.2 Fidelizzazione
· Costruzione e segmentazione del database clienti
· Definizione e gestione di campagne mirate (email, offerte riservate, referral)
· Incremento del tasso di ritorno clienti e del valore medio per ospite
4.3 Partnership e mercati esteri
· Identificazione e sviluppo di partnership commerciali qualificate
· Contatto diretto con tour operator, travel designer, aziende e club esteri
· Negoziazione di accordi orientati alla vendita di pacchetti e soggiorni
4.4 Controllo e reporting
· Analisi mensile delle performance per canale
· Redazione di report sintetici (1 pagina) per la Direzione
· Proposta e implementazione di azioni correttive
Contratto di lavoro: Part-time, Tempo determinato, Contratto con partita IVA
Durata contratto: 12 mesi
Retribuzione: a partire da €1.000,00 al mese
Ore previste: non più di 20 a settimana
