e, is searching for a
n Area Sales Executiv
e. The selected candidate will sustain the development of the
Wholesal
e and
Franchisee
business for national and international markets. Implement the
right strategie
s in terms of network and commercial objectives, contributing to the achievement of the established
sell-ou
t targets and of overall
business profitabilit
y. Ensure that mono- and multi-brand stores are well-organised and equipped to provide proper
brand representatio
n.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure the implementation of t
    he commercial strategy guideli
    nes (based on a "sell-out" target approach) within the assigned channels;
  • Support the definition and presentation of a sustainab
    le commercial p
    lan, summarizing the business goals, key strategies, and expected outcomes;
  • Support the development of the business by exploring new opportunities in terms of locations and nurturing existing relationships with Business Partners;
  • Regularly reviewing the commercial pla
    n (Continuous Improvem
    ent approach), leveraging client feedback and market changes to keep the plan dynamic and responsive;
  • Optimize the commercial performance
    of existing locati
    ons by capitalizing on all available levers for growth;
  • Perfo
    rm competitors' benchmark
    ing within the area of responsibility;
  • Perfo
    rm periodic analy
    ses, presentations for the management, and monit
    or Business Partners' K
    PIs (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, stock quality, and level);
  • Atte
    nd BPs' dedicated event
    s, select the right BP audience, and place orders effectively;
  • Support BPs in marketing and communicati
    on activat
    ion activities in-store;
  • Facilitates effecti
    ve cross-functional collaborat
    ion with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamle
    ss Brand integrat
    ion a
    nd consistent execut
    ion across all channels;
  • Work closely with local merchandising and visual merchandising to ensure that in-store stock and product display are consistent with the DOS world and always optimal;
  • Ensure Franchisees are aligned with the Brand identity, monitoring the correct implementation
    of Retail guideli
    nes (e.g., on selling experience, grooming, CRM, gifting, VM) and activating corporate stakeholders in case of a mismatch.

REQUIREMENTS:

    years of experience
  • Pr
    oven ability to track, analyse, and inte

    pret
    data (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, inventory levels, payments, returns, and order portfolio) to optimize daily operations and drive business decisions
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Knowledge of
    the relevant ma
    rket is preferable
  • Pr

  • Proficiency in Italian and English
