no dashboards or logins, just natural conversation that acts and evolves with every interaction, letting professionals manage data and perform actions across systems in real-time, from anywhere.

We are looking for an extraordinary
Customer Success Engineer
to b
e the bridge between technology and customers. You'll make sure every deployment is smooth, integrations connect cleanly, and users get immediate value. You'll own the onboarding experience, the integration validation, and the feedback loop that connects real usage back to product and engineering. You'll also coordinate with system integrator partners when larger enterprise rollouts or tailored integrations require collaboration.

What You'll Own

  • Lead
    onboarding
    and integration setup for new customers and pilot programs.
  • Configure and test
    CRM, ERP, email, and calendar connections
    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Manage
    OAuth2 authorizations, webhooks, and API sync validations
    .
  • Troubleshoot data flow and auth
    issues
    in coordination with engineering.
  • Gather and structure
    feedback
    from early adopters; contribute to integration playbooks, product demos and public content.
  • Maintain deployment documentation and
    customer configuration templates.
  • Collaborate with Product and AI teams to improve workflows and reduce friction.
  • Liaise with external
    system integrators
    for joint client deployments.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and ensure immediate utility from the product.

We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years in
    Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Solution Engineering.
  • Comfortable integrating SaaS systems via
    API and OAuth.
  • Confident communicator with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in diagnosing connection, authentication, and data sync issues.
  • Autonomous, structured, and reliable — you make things happen.
  • Curious about AI and automation, eager to learn by building.

Tech Stack

  • Python (Agno v2 + AgentOS) for agent orchestration
  • TypeScript + React for dashboard
  • PostgreSQL + DuckDB / Parquet for data
  • Cloudflare + Azure/GCP + GitHub Actions for infra
  • WhatsApp via Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) for messaging
  • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana LGTM (Loki/Grafana/Tempo/Mimir), eBPF
