Come
Product Owner
, sarai protagonista nella definizione della visione di prodotto e nell'abilitare soluzioni concrete che trasformano il punto vendita in un ecosistema digitale integrato.

Responsabilità principali

  • Definire e mantenere la roadmap dei prodotti InStore in linea con la strategia aziendale.
  • Gestire il product backlog e le priorità, tenendo in considerazione le esigenze di mercato, i vincoli tecnici e gli impatti economici.
  • Collaborare con i team interni (Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, operation, design, etc.) per costruire un prodotto di qualità e stabile.
  • Coordinarsi con i fornitori esterni per lo sviluppo e l'integrazione delle soluzioni, assicurando standard elevati di affidabilità e interoperabilità.
  • Garantire la copertura dei principali processi end-to-end (onboarding, offboarding, flusso transazionale, riconciliazione, reportistica).
  • Monitorare i KPI di prodotto (adozione, stabilità, performance economica), identificando aree di miglioramento e nuove opportunità.
  • Anticipare le esigenze del mercato e dei merchant, portando insight su customer experience, trend dei pagamenti e innovazione tecnologica.
  • Supportare il team commerciale e marketing con materiali, training e argomentazioni di prodotto.

Requisiti

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline STEM
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Product Owner/Product Manager, preferibilmente nel settore pagamenti, retail o fintech.
  • Conoscenza del contesto POS, terminali Android, metodi di pagamento elettronici e relative logiche di integrazione.
  • Desiderio di estendere le conoscenze ai mercati internazionali.
  • Familiarità con metodologie Agile/Scrum e strumenti di gestione backlog (es. Jira, Confluence).
  • Capacità di tradurre bisogni di business complessi in requisiti chiari e realizzabili.
  • Ottima capacità di comunicazione e di relazione con interlocutori tecnici e di business.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). Una lingua aggiuntiva è considerato un plus
