sarai inserito/a nel team
Customer Care
dell'Area
Operations,

a diretto riporto del Supervisor.

Cosa farai:

  • Monitoraggio delle presenze delle risorse di Customer Care per fascia oraria;
  • Gestione delle richieste dei dipendenti del reparto relative a ferie, permessi, cambi turno con relativo aggiornamento del file turni;
  • Elaborazione e gestione del piano di azione per l'adeguamento del presidio operativo alla curva di distribuzione dei volumi prevista (raccolta straordinario, cambi turno, ecc.);
  • Aiuto regia real time: supporto al WF per verificare e adattare in tempo reale la copertura del personale operativo alle presenze effettive e ai volumi registrati sulla singola giornata/fascia oraria;
  • Pianificazione base dell'attività (a supporto del WF): previsione del volume di lavoro atteso per determinare il personale necessario al raggiungimento dei Kpi's aziendali e produzione della relativa turnistica.

Orario di lavoro:
Full-time 40h settimanali, dal Lunedì al Venerdì, secondo l'orario vigente nell'Area
