Founded in France, in May 2008, by three deep connoisseurs of the real estate sector, iad started from a visionary concept which merges real estate, web and revenue sharing. iad comes to dematerialize agencies (stores), promoting a relationship of closeness between the real estate consultant and the client, offering a more competitive service for those who wish to buy, rent or sell a property.

The Company has grown to become the largest network in Europe with more than local agents and over 200,000 listings intermediated in 2021. iad posted revenues of ca. €536M for fiscal year ending June 2023 and employs more than 450 people in 8 countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Mexico, and two recently launched, new markets: the UK and Florida.

iad announced a 300M€ fundraising in 2021, led by Insight Partners. The deal was valued at €1.2 billion according to sources and the Group is still the first PropTech Unicorn in the Next 40, encompassing the 40 most promising French Tech companies.

Descrizione del lavoro

This position is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, ensuring continuity of the Finance function.

Under the supervision of the Central Finance Team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Delivering accurate financial reporting and analyses to support decision-making
  • Overseeing financial activities, including local accounting and cash flow management
  • Managing a Finance & Accounting Specialist
  • Collaborating closely with the General Manager, cross-functional teams and other partners to drive performance and strategic objectives
  • Contributing to the implementation of an EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A activities and other projects
Qualifiche
  • Ability to operate autonomously and ensure continuity of finance operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and accounting skills
  • High level of rigor, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Leadership and team management capabilities, as well as communication and presentation skills
  • 3-10 years of professional experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Planning Analyst, or Financial Controller; exposure to M&A is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, and ideally experience with accounting software (Datev and/or Workday)
  • Fluent in both English and Italian
