Sales Manager Italy
.
Reporting to the Commercial Management, the Sales Manager will act as a true ambassador of the company and actively contribute to their international development.
Key responsibilities
- Promote finished cosmetic products to clients in Italy
- Develop the revenue of your client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
- Conduct prospecting activities and ensure regular visits to clients and prospects
- Initiate and follow development projects
- Respond to tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure proper follow-up
- Provide regular reporting to the Commercial Management
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Trade, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the cosmetics, beauty, or chemical industry
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French will be considered a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while regularly coordinating with international teams
- Willingness to travel
We will evaluate application based in Milan or Bologna.
