Reporting to the Commercial Management, the Sales Manager will act as a true ambassador of the company and actively contribute to their international development.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote finished cosmetic products to clients in Italy
  • Develop the revenue of your client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
  • Conduct prospecting activities and ensure regular visits to clients and prospects
  • Initiate and follow development projects
  • Respond to tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure proper follow-up
  • Provide regular reporting to the Commercial Management

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Trade, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the cosmetics, beauty, or chemical industry
  • Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French will be considered a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while regularly coordinating with international teams
  • Willingness to travel
