This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on technical credibility to lead our technology evolution.Key responsibilities:Technology leadership & strategyOrchestrate and coordinate Communities of Practice (data engineering, data science, BI, UX, analytics engineering)Create cross-pollination and synergies between technical disciplinesDefine technology roadmap aligned with business strategyGuide technical standard-setting and best practices across CoPsInnovation & R&DLead innovation initiatives with market technology visionIdentify emerging technology trends and assess their business potentialDirect R&D activities to create competitive advantagesBusiness technology translationRationalize and simplify technical capabilities for client communicationTranslate technical benefits into tangible business value propositionsSupport creation and commercialization of new service offerings and complex sales proposalsBridge technical possibilities with market opportunitiesGuide and lead Digital Pills consulting teams on strategic projects with a strong focus on technologyProduct & cross-CoP managementProduct ownership of internal productsManage cross-CoP activities (data governance, technical standards)Coordinate complex technical projects spanning multiple disciplinesEnsure alignment between technical execution and business objectivesAnalytics & OptimizationDevelop tactical reporting systems for continuous optimizationUse data-driven approach to optimize all marketing activitiesProvide sales enablement through high-quality leads and supporting materialsFirst-year mission:Establish CoP orchestration framework -Create systematic coordination mechanisms between CoPs2. Optimize technical assetsRationalize and maximize value from existing technical capabilities and productsLaunch innovation pipeline -Implement structured R&D process for identifying and developing new opportunitiesEducation & ExperienceMinimum 8–10 yearsof experience in the tech consulting industry, with a proven progression into leadership roles.- Technical background in data science, data engineering, or analytics engineering, with solid hands-on experience.- Proven experience in leading technical teams or Communities of Practice.- Strong track record in translating technical capabilities into business value and in shaping commercial proposals.Skills (Essential)Minimum C1 English level.
